How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship as often as possible and always within 7 business days (not including weekends) of your payment process. During busy periods such as new product releases, our ship times may increase to 14 days.
USPS First-Class (domestic) with tracking takes about 3-4 business days.
USPS Priority (domestic) with tracking takes about 2-3 business days.
International orders ship via USPS First-Class International with delivery confirmation (2-8 weeks, varies due to location).
*Pre-order items ship out within 30 days of your order date. If your order contains a pre-order item along with in-stock items it will be put on hold until the pre-order items are in stock*
What is your shipping policy?
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MISSING OR IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT:
Before emailing us about your shipping issue, please contact USPS or your local post office first and open a missing package case! Often times the package is missing or marked as delivered because it is being returned to sender! Usually a delivery attempt was made but they were not able to leave the package! Be sure to ask neighbors if they received your package by mistake! These problems are issues with the USPS and need to be taken up with them first before contacting us, as this will be exactly what we tell you to do before we can help you further! Thank you so much!
Once your order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for USPS tracking to update. If a shipping issue such as delay or loss occurs please notify us and call your local post office for more information.

Limited International Shipping without Tracking
PLEASE NOTE: When selecting USPS international shipping without tracking, Tough Times Press is not responsible for any packages that are damaged, lost or mispaced in transit. We apologize and please consider it a "ship at your own risk" option.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We do not accept refunds or returns on any orders. All sales are final. If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within twelve (12) business days to request an exchange. Should you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact email@example.com before submitting your order.
What happens if my package is returned because of an address issue?
If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will be happy to reship for you. Please note you will have to pay to reship the package.
Tough Times is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by customers. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are providing the correct information upon purchase.
What if I accidentally provided the wrong address or an incorrect one?
If you have placed your order but realized you provided an incorrect address or missed address info, please contact us right away. We can update your order within 24 hours.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! We ship out First Class International with a delivery confirmation number. Please specify if you would like to upgrade shipping.
How do Pre-Orders work?
A pre-order sale is like a reservation. We ship out pre-order items within 30 days of receiving orders.
If you made an order with in-stock items and a preorder item, we will ship the whole package once we receive the preorder item.
What does your store do with my personal info?
When purchasing an item from our website, we collect the personal information you provide such as your name, address and email address. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
